We are IMG Singapore PTE LTD (“IMG”). We are also part of TKO Group Holdings and may share data with its affiliated entities (“TKO”).

You may provide us with Personal Information in a number of ways, such as when you:

Depending on the relationship and activity, they will provide us with certain information that helps us understand how you interact with IMG Services so we can tailor our marketing and provide better, more personalized Services to you. In some cases, third parties also provide us with information that helps us keep track of transactions, address technical or logistical issues, prevent fraud, or keep our IMG community safe from security threats.

  We may also obtain Personal Information from lead generation companies for marketing and sales purposes.

We may also receive and display information and content that you make publicly available on your social media account when you use social media logins for our Services, interact with any of our content such as contests, or post using one of our promoted hashtags.

Disclosure of your information

We share data with third parties, including TKO, sponsors, content distributors, and the other categories of partners as listed above. IMG and TKO may disclose your information to non-affiliated third parties under the following circumstances:

Consent.  If you consent, we may disclose your information to non-affiliated third parties to provide services or products that you have requested and/or services that we believe will interest you.

Service Providers.    We may provide access to your information to select third parties who perform services on our behalf to provide you with a product or service and for any other legitimate business and operational purposes. These third parties provide a variety of services to us, including, without limitation, ticket processing, billing, sales, marketing, advertising, market research, fulfilment, data storage, analysis and processing, and legal services.

Data Intermediaries Under Singapore Law: We work with data intermediaries (organisations that process personal data on our behalf) such as ticketing platforms, venue operators, event technology providers, and marketing agencies. We ensure these data intermediaries maintain PDPA-compliant data protection standards through contractual obligations.

Other Third Parties. We may disclose your information to reputable third parties so that they may contact you to offer products, services, and promotions, such as sweepstakes and contests that you may find valuable. We may also disclose your information to third-party advertising networks or other parties with whom we have a contractual relationship, including analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the Services.

Such third parties may include lead generation companies that provide us with contact information used for sales and marketing purposes.

Protection of IMG and Others.  We may access, preserve, and disclose your information (including user content) if required or allowed by law or if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to:

• Protect the rights, property, or safety of IMG and TKO, our customers, clients, or others.

Business Transactions. We reserve the right to disclose and transfer all of your information, including your contact information, in connection with a proposed (including due diligence) or actual merger, acquisition, transfer of control, bankruptcy, reorganization, or receivership, distribution or sale of all, or components, of our business.

Personalized content and advertising and your choices

   Online Analytics.   We may use third-party web analytics services on our Services, such as those of Google Analytics. These service providers use the sort of technology previously described in the “Information We Collect” section to help us analyse how users use the Services, including by noting the third-party website from which you arrive. The information (including your IP address) collected by the technology will be disclosed to or collected directly by these service providers, who use the information to evaluate your use of the Services. We also use Google Analytics for certain purposes related to advertising, as described in the following section. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Tailored Advertising.  We use your Personal Information to tailor our marketing and advertising efforts. To do this, we provide your information to third-party advertising networks (such as Google DoubleClick) and social media companies (such as Facebook). When we provide data to agencies, ad networks, and other parties for targeted advertising, we do not provide them with your name, financial information, or any sensitive information (such as a government ID or date of birth, if we have collected that). We use online identifiers such as email, cookie addresses, and device identifiers to help us provide targeted advertising to you and others like you. We may also use aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may make use of the Personal Information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to target audiences.

Email Marketing. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before adding you to our marketing mailing lists for promotional email communications from IMG and our affiliates and partners, including TKO. We may also use contact information obtained from lead generation companies to send marketing emails where permitted by applicable law. If you receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe links at the bottom of our emails. Please note that we may send you certain transactional and service-related emails that do not require marketing consent, such as communications related to an active inquiry or sales conversation, your event registration details, or updates to events you may be attending. You may not opt out of those emails.

Social Media. You may be able to use social media sharing features and other integrated tools on the Site such as the Facebook “Like” button. These features and tools may permit you to share actions you take on our Services with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the service that provides the social sharing feature. Please remember, though, that use of the information you share on social media sites will be governed by the privacy policies of the social media provider, and we are not responsible for how they treat the information.

You may also be able to use your account credentials on social media platforms like Facebook or Google to log in to certain services we offer. If you link your account with us to your social media log-in, please be aware that this means information such as your username, password, and some account activity may be shared between us and the social media provider. 

Text Messaging (SMS). You may have the option to provide your mobile phone number to receive text messages from us. Depending on the consent you provide, these messages may relate to account activity, service updates, verification codes, or marketing offers.

For marketing text messages, we will obtain your express written consent prior to sending any messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Cookies and other technologies

We may collect data about your use of the Services through web server logs, cookies, and tracking pixels. Web server logs store website activity, while cookies are small text files placed on your device to: (i) recognize your device, (ii) store preferences, (iii) track visited pages, (iv) enhance user experience, (v) perform analytics, and (vi) assist with security.

Tracking pixels (also known as web beacons or clear GIFs) are embedded in websites, ads, and emails to track usage, measure ad effectiveness, and access cookies. IMG generally treats data we collect using these cookies and similar technologies as non-Personal Data. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered Personal Data by applicable local law, we also treat these identifiers as Personal Data in those regions. In addition, IMG sometimes combines non-Personal Data collected from these technologies with other Personal Data IMG holds. When we combine data in this way, we treat the combined data as Personal Data for purposes of this Privacy Policy.

Do Not Track. Please note that certain web browsers may also transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites with which the user communicates. Storage and transfer of information

We operate the Services globally, and your Personal Information may be processed, stored, transferred, or accessed by us, our affiliated companies, and our suppliers (who have entered into processing agreements with us) in countries around the world, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers. Children

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals who lack the legal capacity to provide valid consent without appropriate parental or guardian authorisation, as required by applicable law. Where our Services or events involve minors, we collect Personal Data only with such authorisation or where otherwise permitted by law, including for registration, participation, safety, and legal compliance.

We do not knowingly use children’s Personal Data for targeted advertising where prohibited by law.

Opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information

IMG and our advertising partners collect and share certain information from visitors through cookies and similar technologies to advertise our services and other offerings as described in our Privacy Policy. Under certain applicable laws, this activity may be considered a sale, sharing, or processing of Personal Information for targeted advertising. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may opt out by clicking the “Your Privacy Choices” link at the bottom of the site, moving the toggle to the left (it will turn grey), and selecting “Confirm my choices.”

For individuals in Singapore, this section applies in addition to the general provisions above and is intended to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”). • Right to Erasure:  You have the right to request that we erase all of your Personal Data where certain legal conditions are met, such as when your Personal Data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and we do not need to retain the data in order to comply with a UK or EEA legal obligation.
