Terms and Conditions for the HWWC Ultimate Drive Challenge 2026

1. These terms and conditions for Challenge (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to you so far as the law permits so please read them carefully.
2. The Operator of the Challenge is IMG Singapore Pte. Ltd. (together the “Operator”).
3. The Challenge will be held at designated simulator venues (Venue(s)) with the finals to be held at the 2026 HWWC at the Sentosa Golf Club (Club) (Finals)
4. The Venues, dates, and operating hours, will be published on the official website and shall form a part of these Terms and Conditions. The operator reserves the right to amend, reschedule, postpone, or cancel the Challenge or any part thereof, with any such changes to be communicated via the official website.
5. References to “you”, “your”, “yours” shall mean you and any children aged 16 and under in your care entering the Venues.
6. You should always act in a safe and responsible manner. You take part in any activity at your own risk and are responsible for the safety and supervision of any children in your care. In the interests of safety, please follow any instructions made by officials.
7. The date and time of the Challenge at the designated Venues, as well as the Finals at the Club, are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Operator and the Contractors.

Registration and Eligibility to enter the challenge.

8. There is no age restriction to participate in the challenge. However, participants aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at both the designated Venues and the Club. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and submit the necessary details on their behalf for entry.
9. Participation in the Challenge is on a walk-in registration basis only.
10. No entry fee is required for participation in the Challenge.
11. Participants must provide the following details upon registration: Full Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, and a valid Singapore Phone Number.
12. Anyone can participate in the Challenge at the designated simulator venues and timings from 27 January – 15 February 2026.
13. To qualify for the Finals held on 28 February 2026 at HWWC 26, participants must be a Singapore Residents or Short/Long-Term Pass Holders.

Participation Rules

14. Each participant is entitled to three attempts to achieve the longest drive, with the longest recorded drive (total distance) being considered for qualification.
15. Participants may submit only one entry (three shots) per day. Re-entry is permitted on a subsequent day or at an alternate Venue.
16. Participants may utilize their own golf clubs; however, they must use the ball provided by the Venue.
17. The Operator and its authorised third parties reserve the right to change the number of attempts permitted according to the discretion of the on-ground staff.
18. Nothing may be removed from the Challenge unless given by an authorised member of staff as a free gift.
19. The Challenge will be held at the participating venues with the dates and operating hours published on the official website.

Finals Qualification

20. Participants will be categorized by gender and age groups: Under 18 years, 18 to 39 years, and 40 years and above for both male and female A total of 24 individuals will qualify for the Finals, comprising 12 female and 12 male participants, with four from each category.
21. The top four longest drivers from each age and gender category, as determined during the challenge, will receive an invitation to compete in the Finals.
22. Invitations will be issued by 18^th February 2026, and invitees must confirm their attendance by 19^th February 2026.
23. If an invited participant fails to confirm attendance by the stipulated deadline, the next eligible participant in the rankings will be contacted to ensure that four participants per category are present at the Finals.
24. The Finals of the Challenge will be held at the Par & Bar of the HSBC Women’s World Championship on Saturday, 28 February 2026, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The Prize(s)

25. Each finalist will receive entitlements provided at the discretion of the Operator, with the winner of each category receiving additional prize(s) for their victory.
26. All prize offerings and entitlements are at the discretion of the Operator. If the prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Operator, the Operator can offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative.
27. Prize winners must be present during the prize presentation to claim their prize(s). If a prize winner is not present and cannot be contacted, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit the prize and award it to the next eligible candidate.

Legal Information

28. The Operator and its group companies and the Contractors will not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this competition or as a result of your participation in the competition and any activities or as a result of your winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any prize, or if the competition does not run as planned. This clause does not seek to exclude the liability of the Operator and its group companies and the Contractors for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability.
29. You consent to your data being used, stored, transferred and processed (either in Singapore or overseas) by the Operator, its group companies and the Contractors and its authorised third parties for the solely for the administration of the Challenge, including eligibility verification, prize fulfilment, and operational communications.
30. By entering the challenge, you grant irrevocable permission to the Challenge and Tournament organisers, the LPGA and their respective affiliates and licensees to use the your image, likeness, voice, actions and statements captured at the Challenge and Tournament in any medium, including without limitation, live telecast, social media, video recording or photograph in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (in whole or in part) for any purpose without further authorization or compensation, and waives all claims and potential claims relating to such use unless prohibited by law. If you do not wish for your image, likeness, voice, actions, or statements to be used as described above, please notify the organisers in writing at hwwcsingapore@img.com before participating in the Challenge. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, but participation in the Challenge may be subject to conditions requiring media coverage.
31. You grant permission to us to use photographs or video (“Media”) taken of you on the date and at the location for publication for use without being notified. Participants who do not wish to have their image used for promotional purposes may notify event staff or contact hwwcsingapore@img.com before the event.
32. You agree that we may license the Media or any excerpts, and likeness used in or identifying the Media, and in any related or derivative versions of the Media, and in the advertising, marketing and promotion of the Media.
33. You agree to waive and release any and all claims against us relating to your name, likeness, the Media and their uses and/or distribution in any version or media throughout any media, including without limitation, any rights and claims relating to royalties or compensation, editing, alteration, copyright, distribution, misappropriation, libel, false light, rights of privacy and/or publicity.
34. The Operator and the Contractors can change these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Challenge at its discretion and without incurring liability as a result.
35. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute which may arise.
