Lauren Coughlin started playing golf at the age of 7. Lauren turned professional right after she graduated and played on the Symetra Tour and on the LPGA Tour. In 2016, her rookie year, she played only one event on the Symetra Tour. In 2017, she made 13 starts and made 8 cuts on the Symetra Tour, she also recorded 3 top-25 finishes in 2017. Lauren finished T7 at the 2017 LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament to earn Priority List Category 12 status for the 2018 LPGA season.
In 2023, she recorded two top-10 finishes including a season-best T6 at the CPKC Women’s Open.
