The HSBC Women\u2019s World Championship (HWWC) 2025 \u201cSocial Media Competition\u201d (the Contest) is a contest organised by IMG SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. (the Organiser).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Contest will be open to enter between the following dates: 7-9 March 2025 2359H (SGT) (the Contest Period).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entries received after the Contest Period will be ineligible to enter the Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Contest is open to all followers of the HSBC Women\u2019s World Championship Instagram account who reside in Singapore.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entry Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All employees of IMG SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. and its group of companies, their advertising agencies, appointed distributors, any person involved in any manner with the operations of the Contest, and all immediate family members of the aforementioned person are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in the Organiser\u2019s sole opinion, is ineligible to participate in the Contest under this clause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contest Mechanics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To participate in the Contest, you will need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Follow HSBC Women\u2019s World Championship on Instagram (@hsbcwomensgolf<\/a>) and like the specified post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. To participate, leave a comment telling us which golfer is your biggest inspiration and why. Comments must be original and relevant to the topic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Winners<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The winner will be selected based on the originality, creativity, and relevance of their comment to the topic. Comments should provide thoughtful insights, personal experiences, or unique perspectives to stand out. Entries that are generic, off-topic, or copied will not be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The prizes include one (1) HWWC 25 Full Field Signed Pin Flag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, and may not be exchanged or sold for cash. The Prize is available to those who reside in Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Should the need arise, the Organiser is entitled to remove the prize or replace the Prize with other prizes of similar value at any time without any prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Failure to respond to the Organiser\u2019s winning contact message through direct message on the social media platform used for entry into the Contest within the stipulated time period will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and the winner will have no claim whatsoever against the Organiser, its agents and employees in the event of forfeiture thereof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the event the winner is not able to receive, take up and\/or utilise the Prize for reasons not attributed to the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The Organiser will not arrange for another prize or compensation in kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The winner is required to provide contact details or a valid Singapore Identity Card themselves, and any other details that may be deemed necessary and relevant for the Organiser in its sole discretion, as and when requested\/notified by the Organiser for the purposes of verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Proof of mailing, faxing, or delivering (in any manner whatsoever) any details to the Organiser is not sufficient proof that the Organiser has received such details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit any prizes due to the failure of any winner to provide the required details upon receiving the request\/notification from the Organiser, and the Organiser shall have no liability to the winner in any respect whatsoever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of the winner and validate entry authenticity and the winner agrees that the Organiser may provide all necessary information of the winner to such third party to facilitate such service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All specific or special terms and conditions that are attached to the Prize must be adhered to by the winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the event that the winner chooses not to accept a Prize, the Prize shall be forfeited, and the Prize shall be dealt with in accordance with the absolute discretion of the Organiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Prize must be collected in accordance with the dates and destinations specified by the Organiser, failing which it shall be forfeited. No cash alternative or alternative arrangement will be offered by the Organiser, its agents or sponsors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser shall not be responsible for any additional expenses\/fees incurred in connection with the use of the Prize and such expenses\/fees shall be borne fully by the winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Use of the Prize shall be at the winner and his\/her guests\u2019 own risk.  The winner and his\/her guests should always act in a safe and responsible manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Eligibility to Win<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To be considered an \u2018Eligible Participant\u2019, participants must fully comply with the Terms & Conditions and the Contest Mechanics stated herein. Incomplete entries and\/or the failure to fulfil all or any of the Terms and Conditions and\/or the Contest Mechanics will automatically disqualify the Eligible Participant from the Contest without any prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser reserves the right to change, vary or amend these Terms & Conditions, the Contest Mechanics, and\/or any other matters related thereto at its absolute discretion and without any prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The winners are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims as a result of or arising from their participation in the Contest, usage of their Prize and\/or collection of their Prize. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered entries. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified without any prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How will the winner be notified?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message by March 12, 2025<\/strong>. They must confirm their residency in Singapore, and further details on prize collection will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Failure to respond within one day starting from the date of the notification message being sent may result in forfeiture of the Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Usage of Contest Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser is entitled, and the winners irrevocably and unconditionally permit the Organiser to use, publish or feature the winner for publicity and advertising purposes in any of the Organiser\u2019s publications, websites, and\/or any promotional materials deemed related to the Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser reserves the right and discretion to delete, remove, not consider or reject any content and\/or entry that the Organiser determines to be improper or offensive in any way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Other Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Contest is organized in the English language. However, Contest Entries (as hereinafter defined) can be made in either Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By entering the Contest, Eligible Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, its agents, servants, employees and representatives from and against any and all claims, suits, judgments, damages, liabilities and losses, including costs and expenses incidental to any nature whatsoever and regardless how caused, arising out of or attributable to, and shall claim full responsibility for the submission of their Contest entries for any usage of any copyrighted and\/or trademarked content in their submissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Any individual who attempts, is suspected of or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice (whether through Instagram or otherwise) to enter or encourage, directly or indirectly, multiple or false entries or to falsely or unfairly boost their points accumulation and\/or winning chances, as determined through investigations conducted by the Organiser (or any appointed third party), will be disqualified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any participant or winner from the Contest at any time and may refuse to award any Prize to a person who is disqualified, deemed ineligible, and\/or has violated any rule, gained an unfair advantage or obtained winner status using or through suspected use of fraudulent, unfair or illegitimate means. The Organiser\u2019s decision is final, conclusive, and binding, and no further appeal, inquiry, and\/or correspondence will be entertained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Organiser of the Contest shall not entitle the Eligible Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser, its agents, and employees for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension thereof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser shall not be liable for any disruption to the Contest, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a disruption to the Contest, reasonable efforts shall be used to remedy the disruption and resume the Contest on a fair and equitable basis to the Eligible Participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser will not be liable for any newsfeed disruptions (including invitations or spam) experienced by third parties during the Contest. The Organiser advises third parties to temporarily hide the invitations from their friends who are considered to be spamming them throughout the duration of the Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser, its agents, and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from either participation in this Contest or with any of the prize(s) offered or forfeited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By entering this Contest, it is deemed that the Eligible Participants have read and have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in forfeiture of any of the prize(s) at the Organiser\u2019s absolute discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. In case of any dispute, the Organiser reserves the right to the final decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions, or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Organiser will not use participants\u2019 contact information for purposes other than those specified in these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
