Rolex Ranking No. 1 Jin Young Ko has a total of 12 victories on the LPGA Tour of which 2 are majors, The Evian Championship and ANA Inspiration. The 2018 Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year went on to become the 2019 Rolex Player of the Year and take home the Rolex ANNIKA Major Award, Vare Trophy as well as the Official Money Title. 2020 saw her go back to back as she claimed the Official Money title again despite only playing four events. In 2021, Ko again won the official money title and the LPGA Player of the Year.
This will be Ko’s fourth appearance at the HSBC Women’s World Championship.
