Do I need to buy a ticket to the HSBC Women’s World Championship to attend The Island Exchange?

Yes. To attend The Island Exchange you need to buy a tournament ticket for Saturday, 2 March. For more ticket information, please click here

 

I have bought the Saturday ticket, now what?

Please register for your preferred sessions at The Island Exchange by visiting here. Do note that due to limited capacity, registration for sessions are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

 

How do I sign up for a group?

You can sign up as a group here but you will have to provide each person’s details and register for each of the sessions you would like to attend.

 

Do I need to buy another ticket if I am already attending the HSBC Women’s World Championship on Saturday 2 March?

No. If you have a tournament ticket for Saturday 2 March, you can immediately register for The Island Exchange.

 

I bought a season ticket so can I attend The Island Exchange?

4-Day and Weekend Season ticket holders are entitled to register and attend The Island Exchange sessions. Weekend Buddy Pass or Family Pass holders for Saturday 2 March are also entitled to register and attend The Island Exchange.

However, if you have the Weekend Buddy Pass or Family Pass for Sunday, 3 March, you are not eligible to attend The Island Exchange.

 

Can someone else go on behalf of me if I am unable to make it?

Yes. Your registration to The Island Exchange is transferable though you must provide the name of the person attending on your behalf by emailing fitriah@rococomms.com.

 

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable.

General Questions

What do I get for registering for The Island Exchange?

In addition to The Island Exchange session(s) that you register for, attendees will also be given a $15 food voucher, an Island Exchange goodie bag and free flow drinks at the finale Sip & Swing!

Courtesy of our official sponsor Club Med, all Island Exchange participants will also be entered into a lucky draw prize for a 4-day, 3-night resort stay package for two at Club Med Bali worth $2,500.

Lastly, all attendees will be permitted access to the world-class golf action and fun-packed fan activities happening at the HSBC Women’s World Championship at Sentosa Golf Club.

 

How do I gain access to an Island Exchange session?

You must collect a wristband from The Island Exchange registration booth located below the clubhouse, near the stairwell to the Golfers Terrace. You must also be pre-registered to attend the session and if so, upon entering the session, your name will be marked off the attendee list. No registration will mean no entry to The Island Exchange.

 

How will you know that I am registered for The Island Exchange?

Once you have registered for The Island Exchange you will receive a confirmation email and will automatically be assigned to our database for that session. If you forget your confirmation email, we can confirm your attendance on The Island Exchange ticket app.

 

Where do I get my wristbands?

You can collect your wristband at the registration booth below the clubhouse, near the Golfers Terrace’ stairwell.

 

Do I need to have my ID with me?

Yes, you will require your ID as well as your ticket or email confirmation.

 

What do I need to show at registration?

You will have to show your ID as well as your ticket or email confirmation.

 

If I have not registered for an Island Exchange session, can I still attend The Island Exchange?

If there is still available capacity at The Island Exchange sessions, you can register directly at the registration booth. If the sessions are full, then no additional entries will be accepted. You are encouraged to register for your chosen sessions as early as possible at https://theislandexchange.in-tix.com.

 

Can I attend multiple sessions?

Yes, you can register to attend multiple sessions for The Island Exchange.

 

Can I attend one session and leave?

Yes, you can attend one session and leave. Note, re-entry is only permitted once with The Island Exchange wristband should you exit Sentosa Golf Club.

 

When do I receive my gift bag?

You can collect your gift bag from the registration counter below the clubhouse, near the stairwell to the Golfers Terrace from 7:00am to 2:00pm or until stocks last.

 

What do I wear to The Island Exchange?

Dress for comfort. It is Singapore so do cater for rain and heat as you will be moving between indoor and outdoor venues.

 

What can I do while waiting for my session to start?

You can watch the HSBC Women’s World Championship in which 63 of the best female golfers in the world are competing or visit the Fan Village filled with fun-packed activities!

 

Can I leave The Island Exchange and come back later in the day?

Yes, you are allowed to re-enter once provided that you have your Island Exchange wristband.

 

I have dietary requirements. What options are available to me?

The Island Exchange is providing a $15 food voucher for each attendee to use at Food Trucks offering a variety of food options. Please inquire with the respective vendors with regards to any specific dietary requirements.
