After a distinguished amateur career, Tommy Fleetwood turned professional in 2010. He celebrated the finest moment of his career in November 2017 when he topped the Race to Dubai Rankings for the first time. He was crowned European Number One after a stellar season that was kick-started by a victory at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, a superb second place at the WGC-Mexico Championship, a first Rolex Series win at the HNA Open de France and a fourth place finish at the U.S. Open amongst other impressive top tens. He followed that season up by defending his Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship title in 2018, winning his fourth European Tour title and virtually securing his place at The Ryder Cup in Paris. He made history at the 2018 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills when his seven under par 63 equalled the record for the lowest round at a U.S. Open and the lowest score on the final day of a Major Championship. His best result at the WGC-HSBC Champions is a T-18.
