She earned non-exempt status for the 2003 LPGA season having tied for 38th at the 2002 LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament but chose to continue full time on the LET tour. She retained her non-exempt status at the 2003 LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament by finishing tied sixty-fifth.
In 2004, Icher competed in 13 events on the LET, where she won the Catalonia Ladies Masters and posted four additional top-10 finishes. In 2005, successfully defended her title at the Catalonia Ladies Masters on the Ladies European Tour (LET). She also impressed on the LPGA tour with a career-best second-place finish at the Corona Morelia Championship, missing out to Carin Koch who went the event.
In 2006, she recorded a season-best tie for fourth at the KOLON-Hana Bank Championship.
In 2007, her best finish was a tie for 15th at the Corona Championship; crossed the $1 million mark in career earnings with a tie for 25th at the Hana Bank KOLON Championship 2007.
In 2008, she again came close to winning the Corona Championship, but this time she finished the tournament tied for third. In 2009, her best finish was a tie for ninth at the LPGA Corning Classic, where she carded a career-low 64 in the opening round.In 2010, her best finish of the season was at the CVS/pharmacy LPGA Challenge. She also finished in the top 10 on 4 other occasions including tied for eighth at the ShopRite LPGA Classic and the CN Canadian Women's Open and finished ninth at the Sybase Match Play Championship.
