Julieta Granada
PAR

Granada turned professional in June 2005 and won her first professional event at the Futures Tour's YMCA Futures Classic later that year. In 2006, her rookie season on the LPGA Tour, she was 19th on the money list going into the season-ending ADT Championship. She won that event to claim the first US$1 million prize in women's golf.

In 2007 she won the Womenís World Cup of golf with fellow Paraguayan Celeste Troche after fending off the challenge of Americanís Juli Inkster and Pat Hurst. At the end of 2008 Granada attended qualifying school for the Ladies European Tour (LET) and has been playing on the LET and on the LPGA since then.

Since turning professional, the LPGA Championship remains the only major at which Julieta has failed to finish in the top ten. An eighth place at the 2006 Womenís British Open, tenth at the 2007 U.S. Womenís Open and a seventh at the 2011 Kraft Nabisco Championship remain the highlights of her major playing career.

Granada entered her 6th year on the LPGA Tour in 2012 and recorded 4 top ten finishes including a T-2 at the ISPS Handa Womenís Australian Open.
