Beatriz Recari

Recari enjoyed a successful amateur career by winning the 2004 Spanish Amateur Championship and the 2005 French Amateur Championship. In 2004, she won the European Team Championship with Team Spain, and in 2003, finished runner-up at the British Girls Amateur Championship. In 2005, she was a member of the PING Junior Solheim Cup Team for Europe. In the same year, she decided to turn professional.


From 2006-09 Recari competed on the Ladies European Tour (LET), and won the Finnair Masters in 2009.  

 

 

Having finished the final round tied with Iben Tinning, Recari went on to win the title on the first play-off hole with an amazing eagle 2. Also in 2009, she finished 10th at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she earned Priority List Category 11 for the 2010 LPGA season.

In 2010, Recari's highlight of the year was winning the CVS/pharmacy LPGA Challenge by just one shot over Gwladys Nocera with a score of 14 under par. She also managed four other top 10 finishes on the LPGA tour in the season, including a tied for ninth finish at the Sybase Match Play Championship and at the Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia.

Finished tied 50th in the LPGA Championship: tied 27th in US Open Championship 2011.

Recari recorded 5 top 10 finishes in 2012 with the highlight being T-6 at the Navistar LPGA Classic. She managed to make 27 cuts from the 27 tournaments she featured in during 2012.
