Quesne joined the European Tour in 2005. He picked up his first victory on the Challenge Tour at the 2009 Troph閑 du Golf de Gen鑦e in Switzerland on his 29th birthday. He began the final round one stroke behind Edoardo Molinari but his final round of 66 (saw him win by one shot.  This was followed with a second Challenge Tour victory in 2011 at the Allianz Golf Open de Lyon where he finished two strokes ahead of Pierre Relecom.
